Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can contact us at info@lamarek.net to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without a return request in advance will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Change

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the existing item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

We will let you know when we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are made within 7 to 30 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund as well.
